THE CROWDCONNECT REFERRAL PROGRAM

| Terms and Conditions |
Commission payment or the receipt of CrowdConnect Credits applies to initial agreement signed with client referred to us, and excludes any and all subsequent agreements or other clients gained from your original referral to us. In the case of retainer agreements, we shall pay a commission based upon the first three months of professional services fees (excluding materials and expenses) collected, within thirty (30) business days of the clients remittance of his retainer amount in full for the third month. |
Referral must result in an agreement within ninety (90) calendar days from our receipt thereof to remain eligible for commission payment or the receipt of CrowdConnect Credits. |
Clients are eligible for CrowdConnect Credits only. |
| Vendors & Associates |
Commission amount is calculated less any applicable taxes, surcharges (including, but not limited to late fees, returned check fees, finance charges or collection fees) or expenses assessed on account. Your commission will be paid via a US check within thirty (30) business days of the completion of all work related to client agreement resulting from your referral. |
| Clients |
Each CrowdConnect Credit is equal to one (1) hour of CrowdConnect services. One (1) credit is earned for every $1000 in services billed to client, with a minimum eligibility amount of $2000 per client required to earn credits. The maximum redeemable amount of credits is twenty (20) per non-profit organization. Credits are redeemable for the single billable rate for standard services and are granted after agreement resulting from referral is signed and a minimum of fifty percent (50%) of applicable funds are collected. |
